The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods selected by the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the goods in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
The name, model, quantity, price, and other characteristics of the specific goods are determined on the basis of the information published on the Website and the details of the Buyer's order.
Product images are provided for informational purposes. Certain elements of a product's appearance or packaging may differ due to changes made by the manufacturer to the design, contents, or presentation of a particular production batch, provided that such changes do not affect the required characteristics of the specific product.
Before placing an order, the Buyer is given the opportunity to review the product information provided on the relevant page of the Website.
The Buyer may contact the Seller to request additional information about product specifications, compatibility, included accessories, or other product characteristics.
When selecting accessories, Buyers are advised to check the compatibility of the product with their device before making a purchase.
The price of each product is displayed on the online store's Website in Russian rubles (RUB).
Delivery costs, where charged separately, are communicated to the Buyer during checkout or by another means before the Buyer becomes obligated to pay them.
The final order total is calculated based on the selected products, their quantities, current prices, and applicable delivery conditions.
After the agreement has been concluded, the Seller may not unilaterally change the agreed price of goods purchased by the Buyer, except in cases expressly provided for by law.

The confirmation must include an order number or another identifier allowing the Buyer to obtain information about the order and its conditions.
The retail sales agreement is concluded in the manner and at the time established by the laws of the Russian Federation and the applicable rules governing distance selling.
In distance selling, the Buyer's notification of their intention to purchase goods has legal significance in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
The terms of each agreement are determined by this offer, the information about the selected goods, their price and quantity, the order details, and the agreed delivery and payment conditions.
The payment methods available for a particular order are communicated to the Buyer during checkout or before the relevant payment is made.
The Buyer pays for the goods in accordance with the payment method selected from those available for the relevant order.
When accepting payments, the Seller fulfills its obligations regarding the use of cash register equipment and the issuance of fiscal receipts in the cases and manner prescribed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
Delivery conditions, available methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are communicated to the Buyer during checkout or agreed upon before the relevant order is fulfilled.

Where permitted by law, the goods may be handed over to a person who provides the order number or other confirmation that the relevant order was placed.
In distance selling, the Buyer has the right to cancel the purchase at any time before the goods are delivered, and after delivery, within the period established by the laws of the Russian Federation.
Under the generally applicable rules, this period is seven days after delivery.
If information about the procedure and time limits for returning goods of satisfactory quality was not provided to the Buyer in writing at the time of delivery, the applicable return period is determined by the laws of the Russian Federation.
Returns of goods of satisfactory quality are subject to the conditions established by law, including requirements to preserve the goods' appearance and consumer properties.
Restrictions on the right to return goods apply only in cases expressly provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation.
If a product defect is discovered, the Buyer has the right to make claims under the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
The Seller may inspect the quality of the goods in accordance with the procedure established by law. If a dispute arises regarding the cause of a defect, an expert examination is conducted in the cases and manner prescribed by law.
Special rules and time limits for certain claims apply to technically complex goods if the relevant product falls within the list of technically complex goods approved by the Government of the Russian Federation.
Where a warranty period is established for a particular product, it is specified in the product information, accompanying documentation, warranty materials, or communicated to the Buyer by another permitted method.
The terms of this offer do not restrict the Buyer's rights under the laws of the Russian Federation regarding defective goods.
Refunds are issued in the circumstances, manner, and time limits established by the laws of the Russian Federation, taking into account the reason for the return and the payment method used.
Expenses associated with returning goods are allocated in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation and the conditions applicable to the particular case.

When submitting an inquiry or complaint, the Buyer is advised to provide their name, order number, product name, a description of the situation, and the Buyer's requested resolution. Where necessary, supporting materials may be attached to assist in reviewing the request.
Inquiries and complaints are reviewed in accordance with the procedures and time limits established by the laws of the Russian Federation.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, the Hoco Store Personal Data Processing Policy, and other applicable documents of the data controller.
Separate consent to personal data processing is obtained in cases where such consent constitutes the legal basis for the relevant processing activities.
The parties are liable for failure to perform or improper performance of their obligations in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
No provision of this offer may be interpreted as restricting consumer rights or exempting the Seller from liability where such restriction or exemption is not permitted under the laws of the Russian Federation.
The Seller may amend this offer by publishing a new version on the Website.
The new version applies to relationships arising after its publication, unless otherwise provided by law or by the new version of the document.
Agreements already concluded remain subject to the terms in effect and agreed upon at the time of their conclusion, taking into account the requirements of the laws of the Russian Federation.
Any matters not expressly regulated by this offer are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
If any provision of this offer conflicts with mandatory legal requirements, the relevant provisions of the laws of the Russian Federation shall apply.
Consumer rights granted by law may not be restricted by this offer.
