Consent to the Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

I hereby freely, voluntarily, and in my own interest give Sole Proprietor Aleksey Mikhailovich Karvasovsky, Taxpayer ID (INN) 772326530850, Registration No. (OGRNIP) 326774600038933 (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Controller"), my consent to transfer and disclose my personal data to third parties in the circumstances and to the extent necessary for placing and fulfilling my order.

Consent may be withdrawn by sending a request to the Data Controller by email at info@hocostore.ru.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the Data Controller receives the withdrawal request. After withdrawal, processing may continue in cases and to the extent permitted by other legal grounds established by the laws of the Russian Federation.

8. How Consent Is Provided

Consent is provided when the User performs the relevant affirmative action on the Hoco Store website, including checking the designated checkbox in a website form or during checkout.
